Once you advertise for the very reasonable one-time fee of $189.00 plus GST, LAND TRADER will send you an updated list of other web sites and newspapers you may want to consider. We try to pick ones that we feel are a good deal for your advertising dollar. This one-time fee allows your property to remain on Land Trader until you tell us to take it off. NO TIME LIMITS. Any and all updates/changes to your ad in the future including photos are absolutely free of charge. Once listed, you will be assigned a username and password and can make the changes yourself if you choose to. NOTE: When you choose to advertise over the internet, be prepared to receive email from individuals who are less than honest!! Someone offering your asking price, no questions asked, no phone call sounds too good to be true and a bit strange, doesn't it?! Please be cautious when these types of emails end up on your computer! Our advice? DELETE!!
AND, if you decide to pay securely online through PayPal, please remember that PayPal will NEVER send you an email, requesting any information. If an email from PayPal comes to you and you are not too sure about it, send it to spoof@paypal.com to ask a genuine PayPal employee about it.
